NJR Grondwerke is a Close Corporation formed and registered in 2006.
NJR Grondwerke is a family owned and operated business. The top management is devided mainly into three functional areas :
- PROJECTS MANAGER - Mr. Nick Richter
- ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - Mr. Nico Richter
- PLANT MANAGER - Mr. Righardt Richter
Our management team has combined experience of 21 years in earthmovig equipment and transport operations. Our Plant Manager for example, was trained in the UK and obtained various tickets and certificates in equipment operations, health and safety and supervision. His 5 years international experience is of great value to all our clients.
Our staff are the core key to success in our company. We strive to develop, support and motivate each individual staff member to reach their full potential, by continuous training and generous bonusses for major achievements in the workplace.
Our machine operators are ranked as some of the best and most efficient in the industry. All our machine operators regularly undergo physical medical examinations to ensure their own safety, as well as the safety of our clients in the workplace. All our machine operators are liscenced, and are in posession of operating certificates.
Our maintenace team is also very skilled and undergo continuous training at LiuGong ZA (Pty) Ltd. to ensure that all our plant and equipment are maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
